Marine biologist, specialist in Integrated Environmental Management from the University of Los Andes, with thirty years of professional experience in the private and public sector. Claudia directed the National Authority for Environmental Licenses (ANLA) and obtained for the entity the ‘Seal of Excellence’ certified by MINTIC for the process of Environmental License at the VITAL Window and the DANE certification of the statistical process. She participated in the development of environmental methodologies, norms, guides and standards for environmental licensing, post-consumer and tax benefits from 2006 to 2018.

She has the competence to carry out regional analyzes for the structuring, execution, evaluation and monitoring of projects, generating prospective and analytical data exercises that allow making decisions that ensure inclusive and sustainable development.
